Blueprinted ASA Plastics

Acrylic Styrene-Acrylonitrile (ASA) is an excellent specialist polymer in professional additive manufacturing due to its consistency and superior weather resistance. ASA natural is an excellent printing material for more durable and functional prints. It has similar functions to ABS plastics, but is easier to use and is UV resistant making it excellent for outdoor applications.

Yields excellent print results with minimal warping. Doesn't crack during or after print completion.String and blog free extrusion.
Well packaged with attention to detail. Compatible with most 3D printers which have a heated bed including the Zortrax M200 and Flashforge printers

ASA has similar physical properties to that of ABS. However, ASA outshines ABS in it' weather durability. UV light won't fade the surface! Due to it's similar nature to that of ABS, we recommend you don't use a layer fan to prevent warping. Also, consider keeping the surface area on the bed to a minimum and to enclose your 3D printer in a box to keep the warmth in. Our ASA filament has been tested to work with closed 3D printers such as the Zortrax m200 with great success.
